Terms of Service

1. Who we are
GLPath is operated by Costin Alexiu, a natural person, based in Romania. For anything about these Terms, email glpath@glpath.pro.
2. What GLPath is
GLPath is a general-wellness tracking tool. It displays the data you log — weight, doses, side effects, water, protein, and photos — back to you as charts and summaries. GLPath never provides medical advice, dosing guidance, or diagnosis. It does not tell you what to take, how much, or when. Any figure, estimate, or nudge you see is computed from your own logged data and is not a recommendation. Decisions about your treatment belong to you and your clinician.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create a GLPath account. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
4. Your account
You agree to give accurate information when you register and to keep your password confidential. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account. Each account is for one person — please don't share logins or log data on someone else's behalf.
5. GLPath Plus
GLPath Plus is an optional paid upgrade billed at €4.49 per month or €39.99 per year through Revolut. A Plus plan runs through the period you paid for; if you cancel, you keep access until that period ends and you won't be charged again — cancellation is one click in Settings. If you're not happy with your first Plus purchase, email glpath@glpath.pro within 14 days for a full refund, no questions asked. We may change Plus pricing with advance notice; changes are never applied retroactively to a period you've already paid for.
6. Acceptable use
Use GLPath only for its intended purpose. Don't abuse, scrape, or automate access to the service; don't resell or redistribute it; and don't attempt to access another person's data or probe the service for vulnerabilities. We may suspend accounts that violate this section.
7. Intellectual property
GLPath — its code, design, and branding — belongs to us. The data you log belongs to you; using GLPath doesn't transfer any ownership of your data to us, and you can export or delete it at any time.
8. Disclaimers & liability
GLPath is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by Romanian and EU consumer law. Nothing in these Terms limits any right that law makes non-waivable — if you're an EU consumer, your statutory rights stand regardless of anything written here.
9. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account; deletion is immediate and erases your data. We may terminate accounts that seriously or repeatedly breach section 6, and we'll tell you why if we do.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms as GLPath evolves. Material changes are announced in the app, and you'll be asked to re-accept them through the same consent flow you saw at registration before continuing to use the service.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of Romania, and disputes are subject to the Romanian courts, without prejudice to any right you have as an EU consumer to bring a claim in the courts of your own country of residence.
