Frequently asked questions

Straight answers, no fine print.

Is GLPath medical advice?

No. GLPath is a general-wellness tool. It displays what you log, nothing more. It never recommends a dose, a change in treatment, or a course of action. Read the full Health Disclaimer.

Who can read my data?

Only you, until you choose to share it. You can invite a specific clinician to view a clinical subset of your data: weight, dose, side effects, and your meals and nutrition. Progress photos and body measurements stay private unless you switch them on for that one link, and water and protein are never shared at all. Nothing is visible to your clinician until they accept your invitation, you can revoke access at any time, and every time a clinician views your data it is logged and shown to you. Read our Privacy Policy.

Can I take my data out, or delete everything?

Yes. Export a CSV or Excel file, generate a PDF, or use Takeout to download every row you've ever logged, any time. If you delete your account, your data is removed from the live database immediately, and it drops out of our short-lived backups within 14 days. See the Privacy Policy.

How does billing work?

GLPath Plus is billed monthly or annually through Revolut. The free tier, full tracking, charts, CSV export, and reports since day one, stays free forever.

What happens when I cancel?

You keep Plus until the end of your current billing period, then your account drops to the free tier automatically. Nothing you've logged is ever deleted because you cancelled.

Is there a mobile app?

Yes — GLPath is on the App Store and Google Play. It also works fully in your phone's browser: every page is responsive, so you can log entries and check your charts wherever you are.
