Delete your GLPath account
You can delete your GLPath account and all data associated with it at any time. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
How to delete your account
- Log in at glpath.pro (or open the app) and go to Profile.
- Choose "Delete account" and confirm with your password.
- Your account and every row of your data are removed from the live database immediately; short-lived backups expire within 14 days.
What is deleted
- Your account and profile (name, email, height, sex, age range, medication settings)
- Every tracking record: weights, doses and injection sites, meals, side effects, body measurements, water, protein
- Progress photos
- Reminders, alerts, and device registrations
- Consent records and subscription records held by GLPath
What is kept, and for how long
- Nothing remains in the live database — removal is immediate.
- Encrypted nightly backups can contain your data for up to 14 more days, after which they expire automatically.
- Payment records connected to a Plus subscription are held by the payment processor (Google Play or Revolut) under their own retention rules — GLPath cannot delete those on their behalf.
Before deleting, you can download everything you ever logged from the Takeout section in Settings.
If you can no longer log in, email support@glpath.pro from the address you registered with and we will delete the account for you.
A GLPath Plus subscription billed through Google Play is managed by Google and is not cancelled by deleting your account — cancel it in Google Play on your device. Subscriptions billed on the website stop automatically.
